Say good-bye to the old school tanning method and HELLOOO to self tanner!
I recently partnered with JERGENS® Natural Glow® and am completely obsessed about their self tanners since! If you want that extra added glow for a summer vacation or a daytime date with your girlfriends, self-tanning has seriously never been easier. Also, I like that you don’t have to lay out in the sun and expose your skin to dangerous UV ray lights in order to get that sun kissed glow.
With Jergens, the effect is much more natural and super lightweight. Since it takes only a minute or so before the application dries, you can take it on-the-go to wherever, whenever!

Prep your skin first by exfoliate well. There are many ways you do this! Some people like to use soap that has microbeads. Personally, I’d much rather use a body brush. It’s therapeutic, and helps revitalize your skin by getting rid of the dead skill cells without removing your natural oils.
If you want to use a body brush, start by stroking the brush upwards toward your heart. This is said to be extremely beneficial for blood circulation.
As a person with extremely dry skin, this method is so awesome! Definitely something I’d recommend for you to try doing at least once or twice a week at night time.
