It’s about to get fruity up in hurrr 😉 I hope you’re not too hungry as you’re about to read what I have in store…It’s time for Friday Favorites! I know it’s been awhile, but I definitely wanted to update you on my favorite items for the week and then some.
For this Friday, I wanted to share with you 5 healthy and delicious summer snacks that I’ve been loving. These are crazy addictive, but they won’t leave you feeling guilty whatsoever! What’s better than that? Am I right? Something I like to adhere to is the 80/20 rule so you can eat what you want to eat as long as everything is in moderation.

My goodness! These tarts are seriously so perfect and seasonal. As suggested, they can be served with fresh strawberries and you can add in other fruits if you’d like.
Angel Food Cupcakes

A low calorie cupcake that doesn’t make you feel any less guilty?! Plus, if you’re not a big fan of strawberries (I know, I’m on a strawberry craze) you can just stick with blueberries, raspberries…the sky’s the limit!
Banana Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Bites
I’m such a big fan of mini muffin cups and ice cream. What do you get when you combine the two? A banana chocolate chip ice cream bites, of course! These are simple to make and you can stock them for a few weeks or so!
Iced Turmeric Latte
This super-healthy drink is just as good cold as it is heated. What better than enjoying the drink to your own liking? The cashew milk really gives it a nice sweet flavor, but it’s to completely overpowering.
Blueberry Yogurt Swirl Popsicles
Speaking of blueberries, this three ingredient popsicle is great for any hot summer day! The consistency is great and with the added Greek yogurt, you’ll get to enjoy the dessert without feeling like you’re cheating your clean regime!
