How To Get Leaner & Sexy Legs For Summer

Mondays are my favorite because it’s a chance to start the week right with new goals and new objectives. Since summer is about a month away, I thought to myself, “What better time to get in shape than now?” So today, I wanted to focus on one of my favorite areas—-zeee legs! These moves are great because they can be done at the comfort of your own home or in my case, my neighborhood’s park. If you want to change things up, it’s always nice to switch the scenery by working on your legs, while getting a nice fresh breath of air.

Before you workout, stretch for 10 minutes or so. This will help with your posture and warms your body up for the rest of your workout.

Below are 6 great exercises you can try to prep you for that must-have summer bod:

Of course, exercising is important but so is self-care. One of the things I like to do is give my legs a nice natural-looking tan (without actually having to expose myself to direct sunlight because UV rays can be dangerous) and I found myself the perfect 5 step simple system.
