Hello Friends! I hope you’ve had a lovely week! Can you believe it’s already March?! 2016 is just flying by! One of my goals this year is to always start my day off right with a healthy and energizing meal. Having a nutrient-filled breakfast always makes such a difference in my day. I know sometimes it’s difficult to follow through with New Years Resolutions (have you watched my Expectations vs. Reality: New Year Goals video?) so I put together a list of a few of my favorite recipes for healthy breakfasts that I can’t wait to try!
I already love having avocado toast for breakfast but adding poached eggs and tomatoes on the side would make it that much more delicious! Such a great source of omega-3’s and protein.
This granola looks SO good. Plus, it’s so simple to make and can be mixed with any of your favorite fruits and yogurt. You could even add milk and enjoy it as cereal!
Sometimes nothing can beat a delicious breakfast smoothie – this one looks so refreshing and perfect for Springtime coming up!
More avocado goodness! Only takes 15 minutes to make – just scoop a little bit of the avocado, crack an egg in it, and bake at 450.
Okay. These look amazing. Who doesn’t like food that’s both good for you and pretty?!
