DIY: Cute Nail Polish Organizer Magnetic Board and Display

10.17.13

TN 2 Polish Frame

I don’t know about you, but I have a constantly growing collection of nail polish.  It’s such a pain to look for the right color quickly and even if I do, i’m not sure if it is exactly what I am looking for.  I got inspired to do a nail polish display after trying to come up with a better way.  Having a visual image of swatches allows me to find the right color quickly and having the bottles up on a board make it easy to access.  This is such a easy DIY and makes for a great wall decoration for your room!

First, you will need a few basic supplies.  You will need a heavy duty craft glue.  I recommend E6000 or Loctite gel super glue.  You also need strong metal based magnets. The flexible type won’t cut it for this DIY.

Next, you will need a magnet board.  I found mine on clearance at the local shop, but if you can’t find one, you can recycle an old baking tray!

First, you are going to create your swatches!  Just neatly brush on your paint colors and make sure you label it well with a fine tip marker.
